Supervised lessons are for those who have taken lessons and:

-Have good kite control

-Know how to body drag upwind

-Know how to retrieve their board

-Know how to self-rescue

-You need a little more practice learning how to stay upwind and transition

During a supervised lesson the instructor is keeping an eye on you from a distance.
